European Visa (Schengen Visa) Receipt – Fee Explanation

Important Information: As of June 11, 2024, the Schengen visa fees have been adjusted. The latest fee details are as follows:

All applicants are required to pay a visa service fee of 190 Chinese Yuan. This fee covers various services provided during the visa application process, including information consultation, appointment scheduling, and document review.

3. Other Fees

Citizens of certain countries/regions may be eligible for a reduced visa fee of 35 Euros, including:
- Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Moldova
- Non-profit organization representatives aged 25 and under participating in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural, or educational events organized by non-profit organizations
Applicants may also incur additional fees, such as:
- Courier fees
- Photocopying fees
- Photo fees

4. Payment Methods

Visa fees and service fees can typically be paid at the visa application center using cash, debit cards, or credit cards.
Some countries/regions may accept other payment methods. Please refer to the relevant consulate or embassy website for detailed information.

5. Fee Refunds

If a visa application is rejected, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable.

6. Receipt

Applicants will receive a visa receipt detailing the fees paid. Please keep the receipt safe for future reference or in case of disputes.
