• The certificate of good standing (Good Standing or Certificate of Account Status) is usually issued by the state government to confirm that the company is currently in good standing and operating normally in the United States. In many states, this document is processed by the Corporate Division of the Secretary of State.
• The bank credit letter (Bank Letter) requires providing basic information about the company's bank account, such as the account number, opening date, and deposit status. It must be signed by a bank officer in the presence of a notary public to verify the company's assets and credit status.
