1. I did not apply for a Social Security Number (SSN) during my stay in the U.S. Can I leave the SSN field blank in the application form and fingerprint card?

If you have never applied for an SSN, you may leave it blank. No need to fill it out.

2. My fingerprint card sent to the FBI was returned due to poor fingerprint quality. What should I do?

Generally, fingerprints collected at Chinese notary offices may be returned due to unclear prints or missing essential fingerprint information. 3. I lived in the U.S. for over six months and now need to apply for New Zealand immigration. However, due to faint fingerprints, my fingerprint cards have been returned multiple times. Are there any other solutions to this issue?

Due to inherent limitations, it is recommended to collect multiple fingerprint cards (3 to 5 copies) and submit them all to the FBI. Additionally, include a written request asking the staff to select the clearest and most qualified fingerprint information from the multiple copies.
