Signature Notarization
This notarization procedure involves the signatory: a. appearing in person before the notary public/commissioner and submitting the document; b. having their identity verified by the notary through sufficient identification evidence; c. signing the document in the presence of the notary.
Required Materials:
1) The document to be notarized;
2) Photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's license)
Fee Schedule: Notary signature (fees vary by language)—English $10/signature (Chinese $20/signature; other Western languages $25/signature); Other witness signatures—$5/signature
Copy Certification
This notarization procedure involves the notary: a. receiving the submitted document; b. copying or supervising the copying of the document using photographic or electronic reproduction technology; c. comparing the document with the copy; and d. certifying that the copy is accurate and complete.
Required Materials:
1) The document to be notarized;
2) Photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's license)
General Fee: $15-$20 per copy
