U.S. Notarization and Authentication 2024-06-18

Renunciation of Inheritance Rights to Property in China by U.S. Consular Agent 5189565673

You can draft a declaration (we have various declaration samples for your reference), bring your personal identification, and sign the declaration in the presence of a notary public—that is, obtain local notarization. Then, we will assist you with the secondary authentication by the state government and the consular authentication (third-level authentication/notarization) by the Chinese embassy or consulate.

If you are located far away and cannot visit our office in person, but your state falls under the jurisdiction of the New York Consulate General, you can have your documents notarized by a local notary public (notary officer). After the first-level notarization, please send us the notarized power of attorney, the Chinese embassy/consulate authentication application form, and a copy of the applicant's identification (photo page). We will then handle the secondary authentication by the state government and the consular authentication (third-level authentication/notarization) by the Chinese embassy or consulate. Once the authentication is completed, we will mail the documents back to you.
