U.S. Notarization and Authentication 2024-01-04

U.S. Passport Consular Authentication

Certification of Consistency Between U.S. Passport Original and Copy

U.S. citizenship certification is required for registering a company in China or handling related government documents in China!

Follow the certification process. First, have a notary public in the U.S. notarize the "consistency between the U.S. passport original and copy." Then, submit the notarized document to the Secretary of State's office for authentication. Finally, send the document authenticated by the Secretary of State's office to the Chinese consulate for further authentication.

Method One:

Passport Type: P (Private Passport) Passport Number: 421628291
Name: Zhang San (Zhang, San) Nationality: United States Gender: Female (F)
Date of Birth: November 07, 1976
Place of Birth: China (CHINA)
Date of Issue: August 10, 2002
Valid Until: August 09, 2012
Place of Issue: United States Department of State

Method Two:

The Chinese passport I previously held, passport number xxx, was issued by/at (location or institution) on (date of issue: year, month, day) and expired on (expiration date: year, month, day). The attached copy is consistent with the original.

The Chinese passport I previously held (passport number xxx, may also include Chinese and English names, date of issue, location, expiration date, etc.) and the U.S. passport I currently hold (passport number xxx, may also include name, date of issue, location, expiration date, etc.) both belong to me and are for the same individual. The attached copies are consistent with the originals.

Important Note:

Due to frequent changes in consular personnel or requirements, the above information is for reference only. We cannot guarantee that the consulate will accept it.
