• Two copies of the power of attorney signed without the date, mailed in advance, and a video recording of no less than 10 seconds taken while signing, to be sent to the customer service email
• Electronic scanned copies of the front and back of the ID cards/passports of both the principal and the agent, and the household register (first page + household head's personal information page + applicant's page + related person's page)
• A photo of the principal holding their ID card and the signed power of attorney (taken indoors against a white wall background)
• Electronic scanned copies of the parents' marriage certificate, minor's birth medical certificate, and passport
