• Sign two copies of the power of attorney without filling in the date, then mail them. Also, print it out and record a video of no less than 10 seconds while signing, and email it to us at info@chinaentryvisa.com.
• Scanned electronic copies of the front and back of the ID cards/passports of both the principal and the agent, as well as the household register (cover page + household head's personal information page + applicant's page + related person's page).
• A photo of the principal holding their ID card and the signed power of attorney (taken indoors against a white wall background).
• Scanned electronic copies of the parents' marriage certificate, the minor's birth medical certificate, and passport.

Note: All documents must be provided as color scanned electronic copies, sized 1:1 with the originals.
