Application Instructions
The no criminal record issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) must be obtained from the FBI. According to relevant regulations, obtaining a no criminal record from the FBI requires fingerprinting. For use in China, the document must also undergo "U.S. Department of State Authentication" and "Chinese Embassy Consular Authentication."
