For travelers with a Chinese passport and F1 student visa:

1. Provide the original Chinese passport and I-20 form, ensuring the last page of the I-20 is signed by the school for the current year.
2. Provide proof of enrollment.
3. Provide proof of address.

Application Notes:

1. Chinese passport must have at least 8 months of remaining validity.
2. Normal visa processing time is 5 business days.
3. Visa validity is two months (single entry), with a stay in Taiwan not exceeding 15 days.
4. Travelers must carry the original visa for boarding.
5. An additional $15 fee applies for multiple entries within one year.
6. This visa cannot be used for direct flights from mainland China to Taiwan, but can be used for direct flights from Taiwan to mainland China.
