Chinese Visa Application Form Download and Filling Instructions
Please read the precautions and preparation steps for applying for a Chinese visa carefully to avoid delays or rejection.
1. Visa Photo Requirements:
- Provide a recent (within the last 6 months) color passport photo with a white background, taken facing forward without a hat.
- The photo size should be 2×2 inches; a small 2-inch size (48mm×33mm) is also acceptable, but side profiles are not allowed.
- Do not use staples or paper clips to attach the photo; only glue is permitted.
2. Application Form Filling Notes:
- An incomplete or incorrect form may cause delays. Please refill and mail it to us.
- Use Adobe PDF software to open and fill out the form on a computer. If the file cannot be opened or filled, seek assistance immediately.
- Fill out the form in English capital letters or Chinese. Handwritten forms, incomplete entries, or corrections may lead to rejection or delays.
- Complete the form truthfully. For non-applicable sections, write "NONE," "N/A," or "无."
- It is recommended to save an electronic copy for easy modifications.
